Cookie Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-17
1. What Is a Cookie and Why Is It Used?
A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser when you visit a website. Cookies may be used for purposes such as the site performing its basic functions, remembering your preferences, ensuring security and measuring visitor behaviour.
This policy explains the cookies used on the Klinipa website operated by Moserra Software. The policy has been prepared on the basis of the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices (2022). The list below is not a template text, but the entirety of the cookies actually used on the site.
2. List of Cookies Used
Cookies are grouped into three categories according to their purpose: mandatory/functional cookies always run, whereas analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only if you give explicit consent (see Sections 3 and 4).
2.1. Mandatory and functional cookies
| Cookie Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | Klinipa (first party) | Holds the language in which the site will be displayed (Turkish, Russian, Uzbek, English). It contains only the language code; it carries no identifying information. | 1 year |
| analytics_consent | Klinipa (first party) | Remembers your choice on the cookie consent banner (accept or reject); so the banner is not shown again on every visit. | 180 days |
| hero_variant | Klinipa (first party) | Holds which text variant of the home page heading you saw, so that the heading does not change on every refresh. It performs no measurement or profiling. | 30 minutes |
2.2. Analytics cookies (subject to explicit consent)
| Cookie Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google (Google Analytics 4) | Distinguishing visitors from one another to measure visit statistics and to understand which pages attract interest. | Up to 2 years |
| _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and other _ym_* cookies | Yandex (Yandex Metrica) | Measuring visit statistics and understanding session behaviour (Webvisor) on the Russian and Uzbek versions. | Varies according to the tool's policy (as a rule, up to 1 year) |
2.3. Marketing cookies (subject to explicit consent)
| Cookie Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Klinipa (first party), for matching with Meta | Generates an identifier specific to your browser; enables advertising events (via the Meta Conversions API) to be matched with the correct ad account. Used on the Turkish and English versions. | 90 days |
| _fbc | Klinipa (first party), for matching with Meta | If you arrived at the site by clicking on a Meta advertisement, holds the click identifier of the advertisement; enables the conversion to be attributed to the relevant advertisement. | 90 days |
Meta advertising measurement is carried out server-side via the Meta Conversions API, instead of the classic Meta Pixel that loads a pixel script into the browser; the _fbp and _fbc cookies are created only when you give explicit consent. For details about the personal data processed via the lead form on the site, you may review the KVKK Privacy Notice.
3. Legal Basis
The legal basis of cookies varies according to the type of cookie. The Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices takes this distinction as its basis:
- Mandatory and functional cookies — These are cookies necessary for the site to be able to provide the service you request. For these, explicit consent is not sought; they are processed within the scope of the second paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698. The NEXT_LOCALE, analytics_consent and hero_variant cookies fall within this scope.
- Analytics and marketing cookies — These cookies are not mandatory for the operation of the site and are subject to explicit consent. They cannot be placed in the browser without informing the data subject and obtaining explicit consent. Consent is not deemed to have been obtained by methods such as a pre-ticked box or the continuation of browsing on the site; moreover, the consent given can always be withdrawn.
3.1. Cookie Consent Banner
On your first visit to the site, a cookie consent banner is shown. This banner offers two options for analytics and marketing cookies:
- Accept — Analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) and marketing (_fbp/_fbc for the Meta Conversions API) tools are run only after this approval.
- Reject — Only mandatory and functional cookies are used; no analytics or marketing script is loaded and no _fbp/_fbc cookie is created.
Your choice is stored in the analytics_consent cookie. If you wish to change your decision, it is enough to delete this cookie from your browser; the banner is shown again on your next visit.
4. Managing and Deleting Cookies
You may delete or block cookies via your browser settings at any time. In the event that mandatory cookies are blocked, some functions of the site may not work as expected; for example, if the NEXT_LOCALE cookie is blocked, your language preference is not remembered.

6. Updating of the Policy
Moserra Software may update this Cookie Policy in the event of changes in legislation or changes in the cookies used on the site. In the event that a new cookie, in particular an analytics or marketing cookie requiring explicit consent, is added, the policy is updated before the cookie in question begins to be used and the effective date is renewed. The current text is always published on this page.
